Mrs. Ingram is a graduate of Antioch University New England where she received her MA in Dance/Movement Therapy and Couples and Family Therapy. Previously, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychological Science and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from Ball State University while also earning a minor in Autism Spectrum Disorders. While in her undergraduate and graduate programs, Mrs. Ingram did extensive work with children on the autism spectrum and their families and still maintains a passion for this population. Mrs. Ingram has worked with individuals across the lifespan, in individual, group, couple, and family settings, as well as with individuals of all abilities. Her previous experience includes telehealth, residential treatment centers, and creative arts therapy groups. Mrs. Ingram utilizes a diverse and multi-modal therapeutic approach with clients to ensure they are receiving the care that best fits their needs.

Mrs. Ingram realizes the courage and determination it takes for individuals and families alike to care for their mental health, and her ultimate goal is to help clients feel empowered on their therapeutic journey. Mrs. Ingram aims to provide a safe and validating space in which clients can be their most authentic selves.
