As a therapist, I’m dedicated to helping clients find relief and resolution from traumatic experiences. My goal is to help you feel safe, comfortable, and welcomed in our sessions because I strongly believe the therapeutic alliance helps foster healing and growth. I graduated from Valparaiso University with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a certificate in trauma-informed care. I am very passionate about utilizing specific interventions for healing trauma, such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Psycho-education. For younger clients, I love to integrate art, play, and music therapy into our sessions. By using this creative approach, children are able to express themselves in ways that feel safe and natural, (and these approaches are very engaging for them as well!) If you feel a connection and believe I could be the right fit for your journey, I am ready to assist and guide you towards your goals!
