I believe everyone has a story and I believe everyone’s story matters. I want to provide a safe place where your story is heard and understood. Many of us have lived incredibly hard stories, but it does not mean that is the end of the story. So let’s work together to understand your story, the hard places, the places you thrive, and the places you get stuck. Let’s focus on hope in an ending that has not yet been written.
I specialized in trauma and abuse especially within the family system. I have worked from ages 5 to 90 years old. I am trained in Integrative Somatic Trauma therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
My approach is relationally and attachment focused. I have experience working with foster and adoptive families along with various ages across the lifespan. I want to work collaboratively with clients to achieve an integrated life.
