Ja’Nee is a dedicated Clinical Psychology Intern currently completing their training at Walden University. With a passion for mental health and well-being, JaNee has gained experience in providing therapeutic support to individuals across diverse backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults.
She has worked with individuals presenting a range of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Ja’Nee utilizes an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based strategies to meet each client’s unique needs.
During her internship, Ja’Nee plans to collaborate closely with licensed psychologists and multidisciplinary teams to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans, while constantly refining their clinical skills through supervision and feedback.
Ja’Nee is committed to fostering a safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore and address their challenges. She is driven by a strong desire to help individuals lead healthier, more fulfilling lives and are particularly interested in trauma recovery, mood and anxiety disorders, eating disorders, and child and adolescent psychology.
