Hello,
Welcome to the Pillars of Wellness, Hobart Branch! We are honored to be providers of excellent mental health services to Hobart and the surrounding communities. As the director of our Hobart location, I am excited to be a part of this excellent team of clinicians and for the opportunity to provide our community with support on their journey to wellness.
Wellness is about balancing the health of our mind, body, and spirit. In the busyness of modern life, it is difficult to take the time to become aware of where we are off-balance, identify the steps to regain our footing, and begin to move forward in finding healing and well-being. At Pillars of Wellness, we work with each client where they are to help build this awareness and assist them in achieving the balance we all need.
Our team of counselors provide services for a multitude of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family dynamics, addiction, and more. We pride ourselves on matching our clients with the right clinician in order to forge a trusting and compassionate therapeutic relationship. Everyone is welcome, no previous therapy experience is required. Come as you are.
Our team is experienced in helping our clients on the journey to self-discovery, and learning to meet goals, mend relationships, and achieve healthy coping and communication skills. We look forward to walking with you on your path to wellness.

Office Hours
Office hours are typically Monday through Friday with appointments starting around 8:00am and ending around 9:00pm. There are some clinicians who have weekend availability. Clinicians are responsible for coordinating schedules with their clients and Pillars will do their best to accommodate with your scheduling needs. Generally, morning and afternoon appointments have shorter wait times. Administrative hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm with the exception of holidays.
