The Operations and Technology Specialist role plays a crucial role in ensuring that clinicians can focus on what they do best – providing exceptional care to their clients. By managing administrative tasks, optimizing internal systems, and streamlining workflows, the Operations and Technology Specialist helps reduce inefficiencies and remove obstacles that could interfere with client care. From maintaining technology platforms to coordinating essential resources, this role enhances the overall functionality of our organization, allowing clinicians to dedicate their time and energy to their clients' wellbeing.
- Assist with operational workflows to ensure efficiency, functionality, and continuous improvement across all systems and processes
- Manage website maintenance, including profile updates, blog posts, job posts, SEO improvements, etc.
- Manage maintenance and new feature implementations on internal systems and platforms, including WordPress sites and email server
- Manage user access for various platforms, including:
- EMR – form forwarding, account creation, account suspensions
- Google Drive – document sharing
- Internal training website – account creation, course access
- Attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Experience with data entry and management
- Basic IT skills
- Preferred, but not required: WordPress proficiency
